If you are looking for a beach holiday away from it all then this is it. We are open from 1st Nov through to 30th April each year. Situated on Koh Chang Island in the Andaman Sea, Ranong Province, South West Thailand, Eden Resort is directly on the beach looking west over the blue Andaman Sea. Eden can be reached by overnight bus from Bangkok to Ranong and by day bus from Chumporn and Surat Thani. There is also one bus a day from Phuket. From Ranong there is a 1 1/2 hour taxi boat that leaves 3 times a day in the main season and drops you off directly in front of Eden Resort. The fine golden sandy beach stretches for over 4k with uninterupted walks along the whole front. Koh Chang has an abundance of wildlife and plants, all within easy walking distance of Eden. The sunsets here are spectacular and during the dry season we get very little or no rain. We have 2 loungedecks, one in the sun on the beach and the other in the shade. All bungalows have hamocks and there are two more in the outside area.

This is a real "castaway" island with no roads, no high rise developements, no disco's, no TV, no mobile phones, no cars or motorcycles and no electricity. Just you, the beach and the sea.

Eden Resort has it's own restaurant and bar serving good local food and cool drinks. Most days we have freshly caught fish and crab at very reasonable prices. At night we have a genarator for lighting and light music. We have Bungalows with private bathrooms at 300b and rooms from 150b available. Still like the sound of it? We also have our own fishing boat and are available for 1/2 or full day outings including rod hire and bait. What you catch we will cook for you free of charge. Trips around the island or to Koh Pyham can also be arranged.

Do not confuse this Koh Chang with the other much larger one in the Gulf of Thailand.
